1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the panolo website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "panolo Platform" or "Services"). By registering a panolo account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the panolo Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the panolo Privacy Policy and the panolo Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material or bonus terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by panolo.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain a panolo account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations. panolo enforces this requirement without exception. Underage gambling is illegal in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of panolo, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the panolo Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using your panolo account.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) panolo account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.

When registering a panolo account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process.
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update any details that change.
• Keep your panolo login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify panolo immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not share, transfer, sell, or otherwise allow any third party to access or use your panolo account.

panolo reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time through Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request, including providing government-issued identification documents. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be suspended pending resolution.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the panolo Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). panolo supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash and PayMaya / Maya (e-wallets)
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. panolo targets sub-60-second processing for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for standard amounts, though processing times may vary during periods of high volume or for amounts requiring additional verification.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. panolo will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawals are subject to panolo's anti-money laundering ("AML") procedures. panolo reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds before processing any withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

panolo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are credited to your panolo account in accordance with the specific promotion terms. Welcome bonuses are typically activated on your first qualifying deposit.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion.
• panolo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• panolo reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in violation of these Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the panolo Platform use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes. Return to Player ("RTP") percentages are published per game title.

By participating in any game on the panolo Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology and are not influenced by panolo or any third party.
• The result displayed on your screen at the conclusion of any game round is the official result. In the event of a discrepancy between your device display and panolo's server records, the server records shall prevail.
• panolo reserves the right to void any game round or wager that was placed or resolved due to a technical error, software malfunction, or human error. In such cases, the wagered amount will be returned to your account balance.
• You will not use any software, tool, bot, script, or other automated means to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• You will not exploit any bug, error, or vulnerability in the panolo Platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and must be returned.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the panolo Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating multiple panolo accounts (multi-accounting).
• Using the panolo Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any automated software, bot, or script to interact with the panolo Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any panolo software or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing panolo staff or other members.
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your panolo account.
• Accessing the panolo Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the panolo Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of panolo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the panolo Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any panolo content without the prior written consent of panolo.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, panolo, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the panolo Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions on your end.
• Unauthorized access to your panolo account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the panolo Platform or any game.
• Any errors or omissions in the content of the panolo Platform.

panolo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the panolo Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

panolo is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The panolo Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the panolo Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity.

panolo strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. All panolo members must be at least 21 years of age in accordance with Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations. panolo will not knowingly permit underage individuals to register or maintain an account.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

panolo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any panolo account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the account holder.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your panolo account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC and AML procedures. Balances associated with accounts terminated for breach of these Terms may be forfeited.

You may close your panolo account at any time by contacting panolo support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

panolo collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the panolo Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the panolo Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

panolo implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You use the panolo Platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

panolo will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the panolo Platform and compliance with applicable law.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the panolo Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact panolo's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. panolo will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial channels.

panolo operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

14 Amendments to These Terms

panolo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, panolo will notify registered members via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the panolo Platform.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the panolo Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the panolo Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
