These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the panolo website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "panolo Platform" or "Services"). Upon termination of your panolo account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC and AML procedures. Balances associated with accounts terminated for breach of these Terms may be forfeited.
You may close your panolo account at any time by contacting panolo support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact panolo's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. panolo will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial channels.
panolo operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
panolo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, panolo will notify registered members via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the panolo Platform.
The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the panolo Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the panolo Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
